I like small chunks of complex information. This is full of stuff I can use every day and share with my orients on the unit.

I enjoy being able to flip thru and get random tidbits. I just wish it was more organized so that I could choose a category when I log in. I have learned lots from this app. Im an ICU RN.

Gives you the feeling you have some practical insider info. Gives you pearls which could actually put into practice. Easy to digest. Infact, my baby is sleeping next to me. My daughter is sitting/climbing on my lap. I am watching my son at karate class. Despite the distractions I can easily read a few pearls and there is no way i could do that with a journal... This was a waste of money- articles randomly appearing in no specific sequence. Was hoping for fact tips instead got scientific articles - no the right kind of information for an app

I got this app because a few of the nurses I work with had it/liked it. True...as some others have reviewed...it gives the info in random order - BUT, it is useful, applicable information. Ive been looking at it maybe couple times a week - and I feel like it is arming me with extra information to better care for my pts - and to sound more knowledgeable when talking with my colleagues.

Really good app, worth the money. One complaint is many of the articles and associated links are older so the links provided dont offer anything additional.

Good info, wish the material presented had more backing evidence.
